What contact methods can I use as Ryngs?

You can send a Ryng via any of the following contact methods:

  • Conference call (Scheduled/On-Demand)
  • Voice message (recording)
  • SMS/text message
  • Email
Who is allowed to send a Ryng?

In order to send or schedule a Ryng, you must be the owner of the account with a valid credit card on file.

Who can receive Ryngs?

Anyone you want. Just simply add their phone number or email. To send an invitation, simply add their information to your account and we’ll do the rest!

How much does Ryngly cost?

To send a text message or email, it costs only 5 cents per message delivered. For voice messages and conference calls, it costs 3 cents per minute per user.

Do I need to install an app or software to use Ryngly?

Ryngly is a web-based application, as well as a mobile app to use on the go.

What are the web browser requirements?

The latest and greatest....except internet explorer...because they are not a part of the latest or the greatest.

How many contacts can I have in my Ryngly account?

At this time, there is no limit to the number of contacts you can have in your Ryngly account.

Can I add contacts outside of my organization to my Ryngly account?

For sure! Add whoever you would like.

How can I reset my password?

Simply use the “forgot password” link on the Ryngly login page. You will receive an email with a link to set your new password.
